Jenny Crawford

Jenny Crawford is the Chief People Officer at Student Beans, a company that provides discounts to students. Jenny has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked for companies such as Trussle, where they were the VP of People. Jenny is responsible for establishing, developing and leading the People and Talent team. Jenny is also responsible for the strategic vision impacting all aspects of employee experience from talent acquisition through to performance and development. Jenny has been a part of the Executive Management team, providing strategic input and challenge across the business. Jenny is also an internal leadership coach, enabling leaders to manage through fast paced change and through the particular people challenges of Coronavirus.

Jenny Crawford has a Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute, an MA in Human Resources from the University of Westminster, a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Westminster, and a BA Hons (2:1) in Film and Literature from the University of Warwick.
