Shannon O'Dowd

Shannon O'Dowd has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. From January 2019 to August 2019, they worked as a Talent Specialist at Student Beans, where they played a key role in connecting brands with the new generation of consumers. Shannon then advanced to become a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they continued to excel in identifying and attracting top talent. Shannon currently holds the position of Head of Talent at Student Beans, a role they have held since December 2020. Prior to their work at Student Beans, Shannon gained experience in recruitment at Pertemps Network Group. Shannon started as a Temporaries Consultant in July 2015 and progressed to become a Permanent Recruitment Consultant. In March 2017, they were promoted to Recruitment Manager, where they oversaw the recruitment process for the company. Overall, Shannon has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in connecting companies with top talent.

Shannon O'Dowd completed their education at Avado in 2023, where they earned a CIPD Level 5 degree in CIPD. Prior to that, they attended Avon Valley High School from 2003 to 2009, achieving 10 A-C grades.
