Vivi Yan Wei

Vivi Yan Wei has a diverse work experience in various sales roles. Vivi started their career at Drunk International in 2012 as a Sales Consultant. There, they developed successful email campaigns and designed the company's website. In 2013, they joined Club Med as a Sales Executive and achieved top sales awards for two consecutive years. Vivi was then promoted to Senior Sales Executive and played a crucial role in increasing key account sales. In 2016, they became a Team Manager at Club Med and implemented innovative programs to enhance employee development and cross selling opportunities. In 2017, Vivi joined Student.com as a Regional Manager for Sales & Services.

Vivi Yan Wei obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Queen Margaret University, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Fundamental Sales from Club Med in September 2016, Leadership from Club Med in July 2015, Complaint Handling from Club Med in August 2014, Customer Experience and Customer service from Club Med in April 2014, and WSET Level 1 from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust in August 2013.
