Katherine McDonnell

Katherine McDonnell is a driven professional with extensive experience in product management, nonprofit consulting, and community engagement. Currently serving as Product Manager and Game Developer at TimeWalk.org, Katherine leads an open-source team in creating historically accurate virtual worlds using Unreal Engine. As Co-President and Human Resources Director at Student Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (SCNO) at Northwestern University, Katherine oversees operations and recruitment for a large team of student consultants. Previous roles include Team Lead and Consultant in nonprofit projects and a Summer Fellow at APS & Associates, where Katherine focused on business development. Katherine's background also features experience as a reporter at The Daily Northwestern, a marketing team member for a congressional candidate, and founder of a nonprofit to support high school drama programs. Katherine McDonnell is pursuing a Design Innovation Certificate at Northwestern University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Learning and Organizational Change and Psychology.
