Karine Voirin joined the group in September 2020 as Chief Financial Officer France. It manages sovereign financial missions and ensures their execution together with the directors of operations of the perimeters (COO). Karine leads the transformation and performance of financial functions. Karine was previously Finance and Logistics Director of C&A France. Prior to that, she held various positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (Chief Operating Officer in the Vivarte group). Karine holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the Burgundy School of Business.
