Alessandra Bisanti

Alessandra Bisanti serves as the HR Training Business Development Manager at EORG - European Organisational Research Group since September 2020. In addition, Alessandra holds the position of Presidente della Sezione Distrettuale di Lecce at Associazione Nazionale Familiaristi Italiani from April 2020. Since early 2020, Alessandra has been responsible for the latest developments in psychology at OA Plus. Alessandra operates a private psychotherapy and family mediation practice since October 2019 and has been a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist with a neuropsychological focus at Centro Antiviolenza "Il Melograno" since April 2016. Previous roles include clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist at ASL Maglie in 2011-2012. Alessandra's educational background includes a degree in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy with a neuropsychological focus from Istituto Santa Chiara, multiple specialized masters in related fields from LUME and ESNECA Business School, and a degree in Clinical Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova.
