Dee Hickman

Dee Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 2006, Dee worked as a Help Desk Technician at Southern Oregon University, providing technical support to staff and faculty. From 2008 to 2009, Dee served as an AppleCare Agent at ACS. In 2010, Dee took on a temporary role at Stream Global Services as an Intuit Customer Service representative, winning an award for outstanding customer service. Dee continued to gain experience in the technology industry, working as a Collateral Control Specialist at Adecco in 2010. From 2011 to 2019, Dee worked at IBM as a Business Process Analyst, performing various tasks such as legal document processing, QA/QC, and data analysis. Dee then joined Collabera Inc. as a Business Process Engineer from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Dee started working at HP, first as a Business Process Engineer, and later transitioning to the role of Solutions Process Architect. Dee's most recent work experience includes being the Director of Business Operations at StudioBox, a video production company. In this role, Dee supports innovation by designing and implementing effective business processes and systems.

Dee Hickman pursued higher education by first completing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Southern Oregon University. This educational journey spanned from the year 2005 to 2021. Recently, in the years 2022 to 2024, Dee enrolled at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business to obtain an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In addition to academic qualifications, Dee also acquired a certification as an Agile Practitioner in August 2018 from IBM.
