Kimberly Cole has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kimberly currently holds the position of Director of Culture & People Experience at StudioLabs since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Operations Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company, starting in January 2021 and November 2019, respectively.

Before their time at StudioLabs, Kimberly worked at Net-Tel Search for a significant period.
