Brianna Smail, SHRM-CP has been in the Human Resources field since 2014. Brianna began their career at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, where they held the role of Manager. In 2020, they joined Studs as Senior Manager, Retail Talent and then progressed to District Manager and General Manager.

Brianna Smail obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Theatre/Theater from New York University in 2015. In January 2022, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM.
