Alexandre Barreiro Fidalgo

Alexandre Barreiro Fidalgo is a Specialist Nuclear Fuel Chemistry & Fuel Disposal at Studsvik, with experience as a Project Manager in Fuel and Materials Technology. Prior to that, Alexandre was a PhD Student at KTH, conducting experimental studies on radiation-induced dissolution of UO2. Alexandre also worked as a Research Engineer at Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, focusing on spent nuclear fuel behavior in a deep geological repository. Alexandre holds degrees in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Nuclear Chemistry and Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology.
