Leah Osterman

CMO at StudySync

Leah Osterman is currently the CMO at StudySync. Leah has held previous positions as the Director of Marketing and Strategy at Simmons School of Management and Executive Vice President at Riverdeep Interactive.

Osterman began their career in 1999 as Executive Vice President at Riverdeep Interactive. In this role, they were responsible for product management and roll out of all school products created in company’s three main development centers: Dublin, Ireland; Cambridge, MA; and Redmond, WA. Leah integrated all products and solutions (organic and acquired) around a common set of educational standards and Riverdeep delivery platforms. Leah also determined and executed additional product launches, feature sets, platforms and derivatives based on competitive analysis, sales forecast, product P&Ls, and market feedback. In addition, Osterman oversaw strategic partnerships with key business partners regarding online and other electronic products.

In December 2003, Osterman took on the role of Director of Marketing and Strategy at Simmons School of Management. In this role, they oversaw strategy, implementation, and assessment of school-wide School of Management (SOM) marketing and communications, including positioning the SOM as The Center for Women, Leadership, and Management. Osterman had overall responsibility for increasing the visibility of the school and building sustainable all school marketing to support MBA, Executive Education and undergraduate enrollments. Leah provided strategic oversight and planning to the Dean to ensure that all departments are aligned with the SOM’s strategic goals.
