James Perise

James Perise, PE, LEED AP is currently the Vice President, Engineering Chief at STV, overseeing the Plumbing and Fire Protection division. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, James has a wealth of experience in managing staff, budgets, technical standards, and project management in the engineering field. Prior to their current role, James held positions at WSP Flack + Kurtz and MG Engineering D.P.C., where James was responsible for day-to-day operations, project management, and technical guidance.
