Justin Pattison

Justin Pattison, P.E., S.E. is an experienced structural engineer and project manager currently working at STV since April 2022. Pattison has a strong background in engineering, having previously held positions as a Structural Engineer at TranSystems and as Vice President of Engineering and Senior Project Engineer at Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC. With extensive expertise in bridge design acquired during time at STV and earlier roles, Pattison has developed a comprehensive skill set in project planning, design, and maintenance. Pattison began a career in engineering as an intern at the Bi-State Development Agency and gained foundational experience as a Field Superintendent and Industrial Surveyor early on. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structural Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
