Thomas Valdez

Thomas Valdez, CCM, is an experienced construction and project manager with extensive expertise in project management and construction management since 2011. Currently serving as the Owner Authorized Representative 1 at STV, Thomas oversees the comprehensive modernization of Kennedy High School, managing demolition, construction, and renovation activities. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Project Manager at ISD, focusing on Los Angeles County’s Strategic Asset Management plan and the Measure A bond program. Early career experience includes positions as Project Engineer at Sierra Pacific Constructors, Field Engineer at Skanska USA Civil, and Quantity Surveyor at John Fillmore Contracting. Thomas Valdez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
