Jessica Lagemann is aPHR with experience in People Operations, Social Impact Implementation, Technical Project Management, Product Management, and User Experience. Jessica began their career in 2018 as an Associate Technical Project Manager / ScrumMaster at SoftBank Robotics America, where they led the in-house development team to deliver their first product to market. Jessica also served as a Product Management Intern and Social Impact Implementation Project Manager, North America (Education). In 2017, Jessica was a San Francisco Digital Innovation (SFDI) Program Ambassador and Center for Research in User Experience (CRUX) Assistantship at Miami University (Ohio). In 2021, they began their current role as People Operations Coordinator at Styra.
Jessica Lagemann obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interactive Media (Now called: Emerging Technology in Business and Design) from Miami University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University from 2011-2013. In September 2021, they obtained their Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI. Jessica is also currently pursuing their Voice of the Employee certification from Josh Bersin Academy, which they are expected to obtain in August 2022.
