Office Manager & People Ops Coordinator at Stytch

Zack Lewis has a diverse work experience, starting as an Orientation Team Facilitator at Cal Poly New Student & Transition Programs in 2015. Zack then worked as an Assistant Swim Coach at Scottsdale Swim & Tennis Club and as a Physical Therapy Aide at SLO Sports Therapy in 2015. In 2016, they became an Orientation Team Lead at Cal Poly New Student & Transition Programs, where they developed and implemented events for new students and delivered presentations on campus resources. Zack later served as an Orientation Board Member, organizing summer and fall orientation programs and training 900+ Orientation Leaders. In 2018, Zack became an Interim Assistant Program Coordinator at Cal Poly New Student & Transition Programs, assisting in maintaining department efficiency and advising Orientation Board Members.

In 2019, they joined Asana as a Workplace Coordinator, responsible for creating and expanding employee office experience and establishing relationships with external vendors. Zack also played a key role in onboarding new employees and developed workplace processes and procedures. At Asana, they were involved in various initiatives to create an inclusive workplace and was part of the team managing the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, Zack joined Stytch as an Office Manager & People Ops Coordinator.

Zack Lewis earned their Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Zack attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
