Aída Ribalta Bardají

Aída Ribalta Bardají has a diverse work experience. Aída is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Joyería Suárez since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Aristocrazy, Grupo Suárez starting from 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Professor of Master's degree in HR at EAE Business School and CEU Educational Group.

Aída'sprevious experience includes working as the National HR Retail Manager at SEPHORA from 2010 to 2018, where they were responsible for managing HR for 150 points of sale and a staff of 1000 employees. Aída also served as the Portugal HR Director at SEPHORA from 2014 to 2016, overseeing 25 stores and 242 employees.

Before joining SEPHORA, Aída worked as the Area Manager of People at Eroski from 2007 to 2010, and as a HR Technician at idealista.com from 2006 to 2007. Aída started their career with internships at Grupo Norte Limpisa and Adecco in 2005 and 2004 respectively.

Aída Ribalta Bardají completed their Licenciatura in Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2005. In 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organization from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Aída furthered their education in 2017 with a short program on Management from LVMH. In 2019, Aída completed a Retail Coaching program from CapKelenn.
