Director - Customer Success, Europe at Subex

Gianluca Morelli has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with extensive experience in various roles. Gianluca began their career as a Network Engineer at Sirti S.p.A. in October 2002 and worked there until May 2006. Gianluca then joined Syndesis Ltd. as a Senior Consultant, a role they continued when the company was acquired by Subex in 2007. From April 2007 to January 2010, Gianluca served as a Senior Consultant at Subex. Gianluca then progressed to the position of Project Manager at Subex, where they successfully managed multiple projects across the EMENA region until October 2018. After that, Gianluca became the Service Delivery Associate Director for Europe at Subex, a role they held until May 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success for Europe at Subex.

Gianluca Morelli is a graduate of "La Sapienza" University in Rome, where they studied Telecommunications Engineering.
