Gianluca Bellomo has extensive experience in customer care and management across various companies. Currently, Gianluca serves as a Senior Customer Happiness Center Advocate at Subito, a position held since June 2016, focusing on managing reports and procedures. Previously, Gianluca was the City Manager at Winelivery from May 2020 to March 2023. Earlier roles include a customer care position at Groupon Italia, where responsibilities involved monitoring customer service contacts and resolving partner issues, as well as serving customers at AlmavivA for Tim and at Accenture Italia for British Telecom, both focusing on assisting with service plans and contracts. Gianluca holds a degree in Modern Languages for the Web from the Università degli Studi di Palermo and completed secondary education at a Scientific Lyceum.
