Lethu Ntshinga

Lethu Ntshinga is an experienced professional with a background in healthcare and research management. Currently serving as Patient Engagement Manager at SubjectWell since March 2021, Lethu also held roles as Campaign Manager and Operational Team Lead. Previously, Lethu worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Assistant II at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2018 to August 2020. Lethu has also contributed to the American Heart Association as a BLS CPR Instructor and gained field experience as a Field Training Officer and Emergency Medical Technician at Harvard CrimsonEMS. Lethu's early roles include a summer internship at MatCH Research Unit and an engineering internship at Strait Access Technologies. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering and African Studies from Harvard University, as well as a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cape Town. Lethu's foundational education was completed at Herschel Girls School.
