Mehdi Rashidi

Mehdi Rashidi is a Managing Scientist at Sublime Systems since July 2022. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Research Scientist at the same company and as a Research Engineer at Genex Systems working with the Federal Highway Administration. They have a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering, Mechanics, and Materials from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mehdi has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, focusing on detecting micro-cracks in cementitious materials using nonlinear ultrasound. Their educational background includes Master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Sharif University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Isfahan University of Technology.
