Coy Pannell

Coy Pannell is a seasoned Senior Designer at Subsea 7 since September 2019, with extensive experience in various design roles across multiple companies. Pannell has a background in sheet metal fabrication and 3D modeling, working as a self-employed Design Consultant since February 2012. Previous positions include Structural Designer at F&C Engineers, LLC and Designer roles at Andrews Fabrication, IER - Electrical OEM, and Gordon Incorporated, specializing in sustainable architectural metal products. Additional experience includes offshore construction design at Saipem, electro-mechanical drafting at CRC-Evans Automatic Welding, and design work in the sub-sea department at Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants. Pannell holds an Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Drafting and Design and an Associate of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Houston Community College.
