Ian Poole, CFE, MBA, serves as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at Planet Fitness since April 2023. Previously, Ian held the role of Chief Development Officer at Ambrosia QSR, where responsibilities included leading a real estate and development team, ensuring the successful execution of budgeted store openings, and managing departmental budgets to maximize ROI and EBITDA. Ian's extensive experience at Dunkin' Brands spanned over 13 years in various roles, including Director of Real Estate and Construction for the West, where leadership focused on fostering a culture of accountability and developing a high-performing team. Ian's earlier roles involved executing regional market plans and overseeing strategic initiatives in store development. Ian holds an MBA from Bryant University and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Financial Services, and Spanish from Roger Williams University.
