Katia Noll, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Transformation and Vice President of Global Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Subway since June 2016, Katia has held multiple leadership roles focused on global food safety. Prior to Subway, Katia worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Senior Scientist specializing in North American Food Safety and Microbiology from April 2013 to May 2016, providing expertise to various beverage lines. Katia's career includes positions at Kraft Foods Group as a Scientist and at Rutgers University as a NIH Postdoctoral Associate. Katia holds a PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut.
