Sandeep Karkera

Sandeep Karkera is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in managing complex logistics and supply chain operations across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Supply Chain at Subway since February 2021, Sandeep oversees the regional end-to-end supply chain and analytics for the GCC, handling approximately 900 SKUs across eight markets. Previously, Sandeep held leadership roles in supply chain management at Food Emporium LLC and The Kraft Heinz Company, where strategic oversight covered a diverse range of well-known brands and large portfolios. Sandeep's consultancy work from 2014 to 2020 further solidified expertise in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing profitability for clients in multiple sectors. Educationally, Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a Post Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, and an Executive Education Program in Leading Digital Transformation from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
