Andrew Afable

Andrew Afable is currently the Lead of Workforce Planning at Success Academy Charter Schools, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Andrew served as a Senior Data Analyst at Known, where responsibilities included creating reports and dashboards using Python and Looker, executing social advertising campaigns, and automating aspects of the advertising pipeline. Andrew's experience at Deloitte involved roles as a Senior Analytics Consultant and Analytics Consultant, where skills included developing AI governance frameworks and streamlining reporting processes with Python, SQL, and VBA. Early career roles included a Student Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University's Human Computer Interaction Institute and internships at Deloitte and Mastercard. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Statistics, along with minors in Creative Writing and Film and Media Studies from Carnegie Mellon University.
