Wu Chen

Wu Chen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of supply chain management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director - Supply Chain Leader at Success Academy Charter Schools, where they are responsible for developing and executing the company's supply chain strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and leading the supply chain team.

Prior to this role, Wu Chen worked as a Manager at Efficio, where they built strong client relationships and optimized procurement processes tailored to customer requirements. They also developed and delivered procurement strategies to maximize cost-effectiveness for clients.

Before Efficio, Wu Chen served as a Category Business Manager at E&I Cooperative Services, where they developed go-to-market plans with suppliers and strategies for expanding contract offerings. They have also held positions at WeWork as a Senior Regional Procurement Lead, at JetBlue Airways as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst, and at GE as a Lead NPI Strategic Sourcing Specialist and an OMLP Rotational Associate.

Wu Chen completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Wu Chen obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University from 2018 to 2021. Wu Chen's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York, which was completed before 2014.
