Scott Arnold has worked in the business and sales industry since 1982. Scott started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Computer Identics, Inc., where they hired and managed a channel sales organization. In 1985, they founded and became the CEO of Concord Technologies, Inc., a $15 million regional barcode SI, which was named to Inc. 500 in 1993. Scott then worked at Peak-Ryzex as VP and General Manager US, followed by Regional Sales Director at Zebra Technologies. In 2004, they became VP Sales at DecisionPoint Systems, Inc., where they established new relationships with three Fortune 500 accounts. From 2009 to 2018, they were President and COO at Optical Phusion, Inc. During this same time period, they were also VP Sales and Marketing at Data Capture Solutions, Inc. and Sales and Operations VP at Crosby Design Inc. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Concord Sales Leadership, LLC, where they have a 6-step process to build a Path to Guaranteed Growth. In 2021, they became Executive VP Sales and Business Development at Successful Channels, Inc.
Scott Arnold attended Northeastern University from 1977 to 1982, where they obtained a BSEE in Electrical Engineering. Scott also attended Miller Heiman Strategic Selling\u00ae LAMP & Coaching from 2002 to 2006.
