Tracey Taylor-Huckfield

Tracey is the Director of People and Corporate Services. She joined Sue Ryder as Director of People at the end of November 2016, took on responsibility for Marketing & Communications in December 2019 and then also IS&T in April 2021.

Tracey has 20 years of human resource management and organisational development experience, gained across NHS organisations and other major UK charities. Tracey has direct experience of working with brand development, charity shop staff and volunteers, healthcare professionals, fundraisers and corporate teams.

Tracey's ambition for Sue Ryder is to ensure it is a great place to work, where staff and volunteers can develop, feel fulfilled and therefore strive to be the best they can be; bringing in funds and delivering care to those who need us.
