The Human Resources team at Sue Ryder is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of staff. They also handle employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, and manage benefits and compensation. Additionally, they support organizational development, learning and engagement, and maintain HR systems and policies.
