Claudia Pierce

Claudia Pierce is a highly experienced Principal Scientist at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions since October 2017, previously holding the same title at GE Water & Process Technologies from April 2002 to September 2017. With a strong background in industrial water treatment, Claudia's expertise encompasses deposition, biofouling, and corrosion control. Prior to these roles, Claudia worked as the Section Head at Betz Laboratories, leading Cooling Water Treatment R&D from October 1995 to April 2002, and served as Technical Director at Nalco, where responsibilities included overseeing Boiler Chemicals and R&D. Early career positions include Post Doctoral Appointment at Argonne National Laboratory and a Chemistry Fellowship at ENEA. Claudia holds a Magna cum Laude Honours Degree in Chemistry, specializing in Organic Chemistry from Sapienza Università di Roma.
