Sinan Durmaz

Sinan Durmaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment, acquisitions, and financial advisory within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at SUEZ and as Senior Investment Director at Meridiam, Sinan is responsible for overseeing key initiatives, including the Meridiam Sustainable Water and Waste Fund. Previous roles include Head of Acquisitions, Investments & Financial Advisory at ENGIE, where Sinan led multiple international projects, and senior positions at SUEZ and Degremont, focusing on finance and project delivery in diverse global markets. Sinan holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and various certifications from INSEAD, alongside degrees in Banking & Finance and Economics Sciences from Université de Caen Normandie.
