Alex Buckley

Alex Buckley currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Suffolk Construction, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this, Alex served as a Recruiting Operations Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. from September 2019 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of recruiters and focusing on various operational departments across multiple regions. Alex's earlier roles at Consigli included Senior Recruiter and Lead Recruiter, where strategic recruitment efforts were emphasized. Before entering the construction industry, Alex worked as an Account Executive at Gartner and MRINetwork, gaining experience in executive search and client consultations. Alex also has a background in real estate sales while studying at UMass Boston, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance was obtained.
