Vaishali Vakharia

Vaishali Vakharia has over 10 years of work experience across various industries. From 2010 to 2014, they were an Internship Trainee at Fadnis & Gupte Chartered Accountants. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Assistant Manager and Executive of Direct Taxes at Larsen & Toubro. During this period, they were also a Junior and Core Member of the IIM Indore Industry Interaction Cell and a Junior and Senior Member of Sponsorship at i5 Summit - IIM Indore. In 2018, they were a Summer Intern of CRO Change at Credit Suisse. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Senior Associate and Associate of Strategy at EY-Parthenon. Vaishali has consulting experience in business strategy, market and competition assessment, market entry, growth strategy, profitability improvement, distribution strengthening, and M&A advisory. Vaishali has also worked in consumer and finance across the FMCG, fashion and beauty, finance, packaging, pharma, and digital gift voucher industries. Lastly, they are currently a Manager of Strategic Initiatives at SUGAR Cosmetics.

Vaishali Vakharia completed their 12th from Shri Agrasen Vidyalaya in 2009, where they studied Commerce with Maths. Vaishali then pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2009 and 2013. In 2017, they began their studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, which they are still pursuing.
