Kim Boult earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from Kingston University in 2004. In 2006, Kim also obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practise from BPP. Additionally, Kim completed a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development & Change from the University of Bedfordshire in 2016. Kim attended Trent College from 1994 to 1999, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. Most recently, Kim pursued a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring from ILM and the Institute of Leadership Management from 2020 to 2022.
