Alena Zidek has a strong work history in sales and customer success roles. Alena began their career at Bavaria Tours as an Account Manager in April 2011. In October 2011, they joined SugarCRM as an Inside Sales representative for Eastern Europe, where they remained until July 2014. Alena then took on the position of Regional Sales Manager for Central Eastern Europe at SugarCRM from August 2014 to August 2016. Following this, they became the Regional Sales Director for Eastern Europe and partially in DACH at SugarCRM, a role they held from August 2016 to January 2020. Alena then transitioned to the position of Customer Success Director at SugarCRM in February 2020. Finally, in February 2023, they became the Channel Director for EMEA at SugarCRM.
Alena Zidek obtained a Master's degree in German Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, they studied Linguistics, international communication, and cross-cultural studies at the International Market Institute (IMI).
