Amanda Kotlyar

Amanda Kotlyar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amanda began their career at Merrill Lynch as an Analyst in Global Principal Investments and Secured Finance, where they managed and co-managed numerous residential mortgage-backed securities deals. Amanda then moved on to UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director in Equity Capital Markets, where they oversaw project management and analysis for common stock transactions.

Afterwards, Amanda served as a Manager and later a Senior Manager of Strategy & Analysis at Pitney Bowes Management Services, where they played a key role in the launch of the PBMS Secure Destruction Services business and supported various strategic initiatives.

Amanda then joined Novitex Enterprise Solutions and later Exela Technologies as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations, focused on updating and streamlining operations and overseeing forecasting and sales cadence processes.

Amanda furthered their career at CareerBuilder, where they held positions as a Director of Sales Operations, Director of Deal Integrity Governance Group, and Senior Director of Sales Enablement & Business Operations. Amanda'sresponsibilities included driving sales enablement initiatives, ensuring deal integrity, and managing sales operations for the company.

Most recently, Amanda has held roles at Jama Software and Poppulo as a Director of Business Operations and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Amanda was responsible for maximizing innovation success, leading financial planning and analysis efforts, and overseeing business operations.

Currently, Amanda works at SugarCRM as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Amanda Kotlyar holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Yale University. Amanda also attended the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
