Mila Koleva is a dedicated professional in the field of mental health and youth support, currently serving as a Mental Health Practitioner for Children and Young People at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing and as a Youth Worker with The Connections Bus Project since September 2023. Mila is also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Invisible Pandemic, established in June 2020. With experience as a Mental Health First Aider for MHFA England since November 2020 and a Corporate Wellness Consultant at PAKOS LTD since January 2016, Mila has demonstrated a strong commitment to mental health advocacy. Previously, Mila held roles at Anglia Ruskin University as a Research Assistant in STEM/Race Equality Associate and Peer Wellbeing Mentor, while contributing as a Vulnerable Children Support Worker at Barnardo's and a Policy & Charity Intern with Bright Network. Mila's educational background includes pursuing a degree in Clinical Psychology at Anglia Ruskin University and studying Emotional and Social Embodied Cognition at the University of Cambridge.
