Joe has over 15 years of experience in the media industry. Joe started their career as an Associate Producer at NBC in 2004, working on shows like Saturday Night Live and Late Night with Conan O'Brien. In 2009, they transitioned to digital media and became a Senior Producer at AOL. Joe oversaw the production of AOL's first live-streamed concert series and produced numerous digital series for AOL's network of sites.

In 2012, Joe joined Vimeo as Director of Live Production. Joe oversaw the company's live streaming efforts, including the production of high-profile events like the Bonnaroo Music Festival and the Sundance Film Festival. Joe also developed pricing structures for Vimeo's live production services and generated production calendars and staffing plans for all client jobs.

In 2017, Joe left Vimeo to join NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Development Producer / Showrunner. Joe incubated and developed a multi-platform franchise with the voice and identity of SYFY Wire. Joe also created show formats, segments, and content for host-driven programming and branded interviews for linear, digital, and social output. In 2019, they left NBCUniversal to join Suite Spot as a Producer and Director.

Joe Bandelli's educational career began with an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the New York Film Academy. Joe then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminology from The College of New Jersey.
