Prashant Marathe

Prashant Marathe has been working in the legal field for several years, with experience in various companies and law firms. Currently, Prashant holds the position of General Counsel and VP - Legal & Compliance at Sula Vineyards. Prior to this, Prashant was the Managing Partner at LEXSOLVE CONSULTANCY LLP and Head of Legal at KFC & Pizza Hut. Prashant also worked as the Chief Manager-Legal at Reliance Industries Limited. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Mumbai.
