Radka Windt

Radka is Sullivan & Company's Business Services Manager. She is responsible for managing their teams' professional development and staff hiring. Additionally, she oversees the implementation of staff procedures and technology policies including software and IT maintenance. As a Senior Accountant in the Business Services Department, she is responsible for the preparation of Corporation, Partnership, Fiduciary and Individual tax returns. Radka excels in the preparation of tax and accounting operations for our business clients. She is always looking for ways to improve processes in order to achieve greater productivity and efficiency. She loves finding solutions to better assist our client's needs.

Radka earned a Master's Degree in Education with a dual major in Mathematics and Physical Education from the Technical University of Liberec. She decided to further her education by taking courses in accounting at Montgomery College.

Outside of the office, Radka enjoys spending time with her family and dog. She can often be found either tending to her garden or skiing in the winter. One of her favorite quotes to live by is: "you are what you do, not what you say you'll do" by C.G. Jung.
