Anne-Renée Michiels

Anne-Renée Michiels has extensive work experience in finance and control roles. Anne-Renée began their career at Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel as an Assistant Accountant. Anne-Renée then worked as a Financial Controller and acting General Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam. After that, they served as a Business Controller at Gemeente Woudenberg, where they were responsible for optimizing the organization. Following this, Michiels worked as a Financial Controller at La Bonbonnière Maastricht. Anne-Renée then joined Belastingdienst as an Informant buitenland. Michiels also worked as a Freelancer in Business Finance before joining Lifetime Brands as a Manager Finance and Control. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Finance and Control Global Operations at Sulzer. Throughout their career, Michiels has shown a strong skill set in finance management, business control, restructuring, and improving financial processes.

Anne-Renée Michiels holds a Master's degree in Managerial Controlling, specializing in Master of Science. Anne-Renée acquired this degree from Nyenrode Business University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2003-2004. Their education journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel management from Hotelschool The Hague, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
