Henrik Lies

Henrik Lies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Business Intelligence and Finance management. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Program Manager at Sulzer Chemtech since June 2023, Henrik drives Business Intelligence and Data Analytics initiatives. Previously, as the Group Department Head of Digital Solutions & Projects at RONAL GROUP from January 2020 to May 2023, Henrik focused on developing a data-driven Finance organization, overseeing BI applications, data architecture, and global SAP FICO implementations. Prior experience includes managing Operational Controlling at T-Mobile Nederland from January 2017 to June 2019, where Henrik was involved in digital finance strategies and process automation. Earlier roles include a Management Consultant position at Detecon (Schweiz) AG, where Henrik co-led Finance & Controlling projects. Henrik holds a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and has studied at Universidade de Vigo.
