Holger Ruckstuhl

Holger Ruckstuhl has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and taxes. Holger started their career as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1997 and worked there until 2002. Following that, they joined EY as a Senior Tax Manager in 2002 and stayed until 2003. Holger then joined Siemens as the Head of Taxes for Switzerland from 2003 to 2008. Holger later joined Sulzer in 2008 and held various roles including Head Group Tax and Holdings until 2019, Head Group Controlling and Tax until 2022, and currently serves as the Head Group Corporate Finance.

Holger Ruckstuhl completed their undergraduate studies at the University of St. Gallen from 1991 to 1997, earning a degree in lic. iur. HSG. Holger then pursued further education at EXPERTsuisse from 1997 to 2000, obtaining an Eidg. dipl. Steuerexperte certification.
