Jully Torres

Jully Torres has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. In 2003, they started as an Accountant at RR Donnelley before moving to El Paso as a Finance Trainee in 2005. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Baker Hughes, first as a Latin America Internal Auditor and then progressing to roles such as Accounting Supervisor, Finance Manager, Materials Leader, and Materials and Logistics Manager. In 2013, they joined GE as a LATAM Finance Manager before returning to Baker Hughes in 2014. At Baker Hughes, they held various positions, including Senior Manager of Financial Planning, Senior Manager of Completions Business Transformation, and Executive Director of Materials & Assets. Jully'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Finance - Chemtech at Sulzer, where they started in 2023.

Jully Torres has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, which they obtained in 2006. In 2007, they attended COPPEAD UFRJ, where they pursued a degree in Finance. In 2014, Jully completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Executive studies from COPPEAD UFRJ. Jully recently completed a Post MBA program in Strategy at COPPEAD UFRJ in 2021. In addition to their formal education, Jully has obtained certifications in Leading Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2019, and CertIFR - Certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA in 2016.
