Marien Douhaizenet

Marien Douhaizenet has extensive experience at Sulzer, serving as an IT Business Partner for the Division of Flow Equipment since August 2012, directly reporting to the Sulzer Group CIO. In this role, Marien manages the IT Strategic Roadmap, collaborates with Business Units for process improvement and business growth, and scouts emerging technologies. Previously, Marien led the Global Engineering Tools Development group, defining roadmaps for applications that support engineering and product development. Marien also held positions as Program Manager in Core Technology Tools Development and as a Product Development Engineer in Materials, collaborating on high-performance coatings and advanced testing methods. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Materials Engineer and an internship focused on wear-resistance materials at Sulzer Innotec. Marien holds a double engineer diploma in Materials Engineering from Ecole Européenne d'Ingénieurs en Génie des Matériaux and Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona.
