Sean Clement

Sean Clement has a diverse work experience spanning various industries such as sports analytics, military, and space exploration. Sean has held key roles in different organizations, including their latest position as the Vice President of Football Analytics at SumerSports, where they lead teams of analytics professionals, NFL cap and contract experts, and professional NFL scouts. Prior to this, they worked as the Principal Football Analytics Consultant at SumerSports, where they advised senior members of the company and helped shape its strategic direction.

Sean has also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at USSOCOM, where they led cross-functional teams in designing and implementing data-focused solutions for the United States Special Operations Command. Sean has also served as an Analytics Consultant for the Miami Dolphins, helping develop metrics and machine learning models to predict football performance and providing data-driven insights to coaching and front-office personnel.

Furthermore, Sean has a strong background in the military, with experience as an Operations Research Analyst at Army Futures Command and as a Football Analyst for the Baltimore Ravens. Sean has also worked as a Graduate Student at Stanford University through the Army's Advanced Civil Schooling initiative and an Operations Analyst at NASA, focusing on joint projects with the U.S. Army.

Sean then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Computational Mathematics from Stanford University, completing their studies in 2018. In addition, Sean obtained several certifications including a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in 2020 and a Data Science and Big Data Analytics certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019.
