Dave Venning

Dave Venning has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Process Engineer at Koppers Inc., where they led quality control and operational improvement activities. Dave then moved on to Carlisle Companies in 1996, where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager, leading the Quality Management System for automotive brake pad manufacturing. In this role, they achieved QS-9000 certification and completed projects generating significant cost savings.

In 2000, Venning joined Flowserve Corporation, where they held multiple roles over the years.
