Chen Li currently serves as a Senior Researcher in the National Health Research Institute and has 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. Having engaged in medical device investment: patent research, clinical applicability research, clinical trial design, medical device regulatory research, medical device registration, he possess a deep understanding of the clinical applicability, technological leadership and academic capabilities of the products.

He holds a Doctor of Medicine, Master of Pharmacy from the Martin Luther University (Germany) and a Bachelor of Clinical Medicine, Chongqing Medical University (China).
