Lisa Marie Santillan

Lisa Marie Santillan has been working in the fashion industry since 2009. Lisa Marie started their career at Polo Ralph Lauren as a Production Associate, where they were responsible for supporting the Manager and Senior Director on all production responsibilities. In 2010, they moved to Kering as a Wholesale Customer Service. In 2016, they joined Zac Posen House of Z LLC as a Senior Operations and Customer Service Manager for Wholesale and eCommerce, where they were responsible for overseeing all client orders, shipments, extensions, returns, and cancellations. Lisa Marie also directed the launch of the company website and Far Fetch site. In 2019, Lisa Marie Santillan joined Opening Ceremony as a Web Operations Senior Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as Senior Manager Customer Care at Summer Fridays.

Lisa Marie Santillan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communication from The College of New Jersey.
